SEA Managers Professional Development Retreat 2022

Strengthening leadership, teamwork and professional growth through learning and collaboration.

SEA Inc. closed out 2022 by bringing its management team together for a Managers Professional Development Retreat focused on leadership, collaboration and continuous improvement. Held in Bentonville, Arkansas, the retreat provided an opportunity for managers to strengthen their professional skills while building stronger connections across the organization.

Throughout the retreat, participants engaged in sessions covering leadership development, effective communication and team-building strategies. The collaborative environment encouraged the exchange of ideas and best practices, helping managers develop new perspectives they can apply within their teams and across the company.

In addition to professional development sessions, attendees enjoyed opportunities to strengthen relationships outside the classroom. Team-building activities, including a friendly competition at Topgolf, created an engaging atmosphere that encouraged collaboration, communication and plenty of laughter. Shared meals throughout the retreat also provided valuable time for networking and meaningful conversations.

SEA Inc. extends a special thank you to guest speakers Hannah Headlee of Flypaper Marketing and Nick Kruse of Leggett & Platt for sharing their expertise and insights. Their presentations offered valuable perspectives that contributed to the overall success of the retreat.

Investing in professional development is an important part of SEA Inc.'s commitment to excellence. By equipping our leaders with new skills, encouraging collaboration and fostering continuous learning, we strengthen our ability to serve clients and support one another as a team.

We look forward to continuing this tradition of leadership development and building on the knowledge and relationships established during the 2022 Managers Professional Development Retreat.
